Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly created IT business partners team which is uniquely positioned within the CIO Organization in Innovations team. This team is tied into enterprise level strategy, decision support and chartered to leverage regions with IT request to drive key business outcomes and innovations at PIKE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analysis, insights to enable business decisions, and becoming a SME for the business, projects, and capabilities Position Responsibilities: The Regional Business Analyst/Manager will be responsible for the following areas: • Works and communicates directly with back office /customers for any IT related production events. • Design & Develop Standards & Best Practices/Process and Automate existing manual processes. • Maintains support documentation library ensuring documents are current, accurate, and available to appropriate groups. • Follows and supports IT business processes and business continuity. • Participates in Projects related to both the IT department and the company as a whole. • Provide statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and/or materials for business operations. • Monitor and coordinate activities to support operational performance management (e. g., safety, reliability, service level, productivity, etc.) • Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs) • Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations. Prepare and analyze detailed standard and non-standard reports • Training/Work with the field crews on technology • Process improvements using the technology • Knowledge of back end systems for ex: Oracle, Zonar, IPad apps, Office 365 and etc. is a must • Business intelligence capability for ex: excel Pivot, Oracle OTBI and BI reports • Focus on customer integration needs and communicate back to the back office for process integrations • Communication skills and maintaining a healthy relation with both the field management and the back office is the key • Coordinates efforts to resolve issues by communicating issues to back office teams and managers until resolution of the event. • Performs first level troubleshooting of issues on back office. • Work with developers and business areas to design, configure, deploy and maintain Infrastructure to support project initiatives. • Work closely with back end support teams for work involving problem determination and implementation of changes. • Responsible for creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production events. • Coordinates with back office on new project request or expansion of existing projects. • Coordinates with back office on any requests from customers including and/or additional or non-standard monitoring as requested by customers. • Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use. Ideal Qualifications: • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations • Proven experience with both SaaS and internal company facing delivery models • Possesses effective communication skills and ability to interpret data and influence leaders • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills with a focus on the end user and end to end process • Ability to manage and balance speed to market, agility, scalability, robustness and security • Strong sense of user/customer experience and needs for both external clients and internal power-users • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Exceptional service orientation • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail • On-call availability and ability to work under pressure • Educate team on business organization, methods, processes, procedures, objectives and strategies • Build organizational talent by creating a learning environment that ensures employees realize their highest potential • A solid and inherent understanding and application of data security. Minimum Requirements: • BS/BA Business – IT/Analytics / Finance / Accounting discipline or MBA / M.S. • Minimum 6-8 years’ business analysis experience • Ability to extract data from multiple sources, explore and understand the nature of the data as it relates to the business activity, and utilize analysis to derive insights most commonly presented in PowerBI/OAC or other dash boarding tools • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including with leadership • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, analytical skills, and sound business acumen including the ability to understand and analyze financial data to provide management with recommendations • Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with key organizations and across all levels of management • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations • Proven experience with both SaaS and internal company facing delivery models • Possesses effective communication skills and ability to interpret data and influence leaders • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills with a focus on the end user and end to end process • Ability to manage and balance speed to market, agility, scalability, robustness and security • Strong sense of user/customer experience and needs for both external clients and internal power-users • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
